Great Book. Easy to follow. Not for complete novices. January 19, 2008 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This is a great book for the beginner to the slightly more advanced user of Expression Web. Doesn,t go into detail too deeply but gives you a good insite of the many features of the programme, like ASP.NET, W3C validity standards, creating sites from scratch or using the many templates in Expression Web and publishing your site to a server.
It is well illustrated with an easy, detailed table of contents to scan listings of the topics and sidebars within each chapter to quickly find information.
The book comes with a companion CD so that you can follow along in the step-by-step exercises so as to gain a little more of the feel of the programme.
All-in-all a good book to have. I wouldn't try this book if you are a complete novice to Expression Web, but if you have been on the programme or have a little knowledge of web design, then this book is for you. On the flip side, if you are an advanced user it will probably be too basic for you.
