1 out of 5 stars Doesn't power a laptop or a phone   June 27, 2008

Plugged in to cigarette lighter, green light comes on, all looks well. Then plug in mobile charger and... Nothing. Also with laptop, it charges for a sec, then stops, then starts, then stops, like the power supply is surging and dropping. Net effect is it will take ages to charge it up and I'm not entirely convinced it's not buggering up my laptop. Don't know if it's just not powerful enough or what, but come on 150W should charge a phone shouldn't it?
