Given how little this product cost I was surprised how well it worked. A little too well actually. My son-in-law was holidaying when the goods arrived. He was so impressed with it that my wife give it to him and I had to order another.

 It works - but that doesn't mean it's good. August 24, 2008
It does what it says on the can. But does it do it well? Well - No. It doesn't. It plays your MP3s through your radio system, but it is flimsy material and a little top heavy, which means that you do spend some of your time making sure that it is sitting nicely in your lighter. Not ideal when driving. And the sound that comes through your radio; well they are the songs on your MP3 player, but without the substance. Like the Equaliser has been set to zero.
And finally - it can lose reception near power lines! Crackles.
Cheap and not so cheerful unfortunately.

"Arrived next day, unable to get it to function correctly with I-Pod Shuffle USB lead but works well with mini jack plug lead supplied, sounds good via the car stereo, however volume adjustment is required so when switching back to the car radio the volume is quite loud. Otherwise very good!"

After buying another fm transmitter which didn't work at all, I was nervous about trying again. However, this product is fantastic - it works like a dream, the signal is clear and it is easy to operate. Fabulous value for money at 8. Buy it!
