Product Description Change the way you charge - forever! You know what it's like. You're away from home, nowhere near your car, you haven't got your mains powered charger with you (which is fine because you don't have access to a wall socket anyway!) and your mobile phone has just run out of battery power (again). Or maybe your iPod has just played its final tune... The PowerMonkey will revolutionize the way in which you charge your devices. Imagine it's a portable petrol pump for your technology! Simply use the included mains adaptor to fully charge the PowerMonkey and you will get up to 96 hours standby on your mobile phone, 40 hours on your iPod, 6 hours on your Sony PSP, 2 full charges on your PDA plus it's original charge and up to 1600 pictures on your digital camera! The PowerMonkey will even hold its charge without leakage for up to a year! Small, agile and powerful, the innovative PowerMonkey can be left in your bag, car, desk, etc and will be ready to provide you with emergency power when you need it most. Ideal for holidays and trips, no need to worry about bulky chargers taking up lots of space! PowerMonkey features 2 LEDs; 1) PowerMonkey Charging: flashes red when PowerMonkey needs charging, shows red whilst charging and green when fully charged. 2) Device Charging: flashes green when discharging to device and red when low battery voltage. The universal mains charger will work in over 150 countries and has inter-changeable heads for UK, US, Australia and Europe. Color: White. Adapter: For Nokia and Mini Nokia, Motorola V66, Samsung E900, Siemens C25 and Sony Ericsson wide connector.

Creative Zen & Nokie N95 August 15, 2008 I got this as a power charger solution mainly for my Creative Zen Vision M 30gb. Like a lot of things, finding accessories for the creatives is difficult since the market is swamped with ipods and everything seems to be geared towards these.
The powermonkey comes with an adapter for the zen, but it doesnt work due to not enough pins being present so this leads me to believe that adapter is to charge an ipod.
The accessories do include one which fits the sync adapter of the creative zen vision M (the white thing you use to charge it from mains) so it does work - so for those with the same mp3 player as me - this will work for it, you just need to carry the adapter around as the flat adapter doesnt have enough pins.
the other adapters seem to fit everything else and it charges up my nokia n95 just fine. Quite a handy piece of kit to have - and it has more plug adapters than you can shake a stick at.
buy one! they're fab! August 14, 2008 I leave mine in my handbag... it's quite light and fairly compact (...well my handbag is quite cavernous...) but it means I can quickly and easily charge up my phone en route. How often have you grabbed your phone and dashed out the door whilst sending your pals a text to say that you're on your way but not to bother calling you as your phone is about to die? oh, just me? well anyway, now i just grab my power monkey too! Also v handy on business trips - I just take my power monkey and its charger rather than a charger for my personal phone, and a charger for my pda. it's been a godsend for my boss who uses his pda so much that he generally runs the battery down if he's out of the office all day. with said "singe de pouvoir" he can now recharge whilst he's out and about. I've yet to order myself an adaptor for a Creative Zen mp3 player which I think will just be a few pounds - there is such a massive choice of adaptors provided (but I did check to see that my phones were compatible with the adaptors - but I cannot find the link now - apologies - pretty sure it was on the power monkey website somewhere. Planning to get one for 65 year old mother who hasn't quite grasped the concept of charging mobile phones - powermonkey is v simple to use. In fact, I've become pretty evangelical about them - really should ask the manufacturers for some commission!
Fantastic Product August 14, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
What a great product.
I travel on trains and planes and have found this invaluable, especially on long flights.
No more carrying numerous chargers, this does the lot.
Charges my iPod classic, nano, Sat Nav and mobile phone.
At such a bargain price too, I'm thinking of buying another.
Good idea ... August 13, 2008 Useful ... if it covers your device. I'm happy to change my stance on this, but I'm a little disappointed since I've just got mine, and it doesn't appear to charge my Sony NWZ-818 MP3 Player (which charges off USB). This was the main reason I bought it, along with charging my phone. When I try to charge my SE K800i using the USB cable, that doesn't work either. The phone does however charge if I use the SE attachment. Have I just got a dodgy USB adapter?
brilliant buy June 16, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased this item before going away this weekend. I arrived at the camp site to my mates with glum faces as all their mobiles were on low charge.
I plug 1 into the power monkey and the other into the solar panels and 3 hour later happy faces were in the camp.
I was susrprised at the ease of use and the amount of adaptors in the bag.
this will now travel with me everywhere for the charge when you need it.
strong compact design, ease of use.
A must buy
