The card works well and works in areas where my mobile cannot get a signal. Email needs to be set up differently because it uses the vodafone site for send but not for receive and this was not explained in the instructions.

The Vodafone Connect Card is a gateway to a wireless world. Inserting this card into the type II pc card slot in your notebook will bring you a phone that can text, a phone book and internet on your notebook.
Although the internet is not very fast it is still very worthwhile for journeys and the like.
A great budget buy for the technology hungry
