I bought this toy for my 11th birthday (this is my parents account)In style it is almost a complete replica of the 12" 2005-06 dalek (rotating head, flashing lights when speaking) However it does not rotate the middle section (this was only a feature used on 05-06 tv daleks)or its eye does not light up. Speech is random but tends to happen when the head swivels completely to the right. Controls are very similar to those on the recent daleks, with 2 knobs to go foward/backward/left/right.
The joints for the gun and sucker arm are easier to move than recent daleks.
This is the ultimate dalek second only to the emperor and is in my opinion the best of the series (see product enterprise) and totally replicates the imperial dalek.
